Job Description
We’re looking for a creative, engaging and driven
Graphic Designer to join our team and help shape the future of online retail.
This is a full-time position , based at our Bristol premises. Address is Unit 13, Liberty Industrial Park, South Liberty Lane, Bristol, BS3 2SU.
Responsibilities
- Create visual assets that align with the Wild Bounds brand
- Design compelling creatives for email campaigns which inform and motivate
- Prepare assets and adapt marketing materials for digital including email, web and social channels
- Build and apply layout design for campaigns, lookbooks, and brand communications
- Work closely with the marketing and buying teams to deliver consistent brand application
- Design and update website visuals to ensure a clear and engaging online experience
- Organise and manage digital assets including photos and videos
- Shoot and edit product and lifestyle images for e-commerce, campaigns, and social media
- Edit short-form video content to support product launches and digital storytelling
- Follow and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency
- Willingness to learn new tools and improve technical skills
Skills & Attributes

- A creative problem solver who demonstrates out-of-the-box thinking
- Meets the very highest standards of integrity and ethical behaviour
- Must be detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to multitask with solid organisational and time-management skills
Experience
- 4+ years’ experience in a creative content or design-focused role, in-house, agency, or freelance
- A portfolio showing creativity, layout skills, and an interest in brand design (student, personal, or professional work welcome)
- Experience producing digital assets for brand or e-commerce environments
- Comfortable working independently on multiple projects and deadlines
- Degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred
