We’re looking for an engaging, driven and highly organised Ecommerce Operations Coordinator to join our team and help shape the future of online retail. This is a full-time position, based at our office in Bristol and reports to the company Vice President, who will work with you setting goals to consistently improve stock availability and pricing competitiveness. Premises address is Unit 13, Liberty Industrial Park, South Liberty Lane, Bristol, BS3 2SU.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end replenishment and supplier communications to ensure shipment accuracy and on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse and Marketing teams to coordinate stock levels with incoming shipments and promotional calendars.
  • Oversee administrative tasks related to the buying function.
  • Monitor competitor pricing using the company's third-party price matching tool to ensure products are and remain competitively positioned.
  • Analyse pricing data and identify trends, anomalies, or significant competitor price changes that require immediate attention or a strategic response.
  • Execute data-driven pricing adjustments in collaboration with the VP to maintain competitive positioning and target margins.
  • Generate regular pricing reports highlighting positioning, gaps and opportunities.
  • Audit inventory to identify and action discontinued or slow-moving stock.
  • Develop and manage clearance strategies alongside Buying Team and suppliers, ensuring end-of-line products are archived correctly across all platforms.

Requirements

  • Extremely detail-oriented; someone who is uncomfortable with even the smallest inconsistency or imperfection.
  • Supremely organised with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to highlight the key challenges and how to meet them.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • An understanding of e-commerce business practices, experience with ecommerce platforms and an understanding of online retail pricing dynamics.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and understanding of pricing strategy, margins, and profitability.
  • Knowledge of the outdoor/lifestyle retail market or a willingness to quickly learn the product categories.
  • A proactive and highly motivated team player who can work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills to handle discrepancies between systems or conflicting information from suppliers.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with brand suppliers and internal teams.
  • Systematic and methodical approach to data management with understanding of the importance of data accuracy.
  • A creative problem solver who demonstrates out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Meets the very highest standards of integrity and ethical behaviour.
  • Must be detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to multitask with solid organisational and time-management skills.
  • Previous experience in ecommerce operations, product management, or inventory control preferred.
