Position: University Administrator

Location: City of London, England

Salary: Up to £11.65 per hour

Work Arrangement: Remote/hybrid with the possibility of on-site work near Moorgate or Goodge Street

Responsibilities:

  • Allocating unassigned cases on CRM
  • Running daily Excel reports, filtering, and cleansing data
  • Updating the events tile on the university app and gathering local area information
  • Organizing folders within the university app build
  • Liaising with Student Information Team to update SharePoint

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in computing, especially Excel; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
