We are recruiting an administrator for an online travel company based in Oxford. You will work 9.00 - 17.30 and the requirement is to be available for 2 weekends per month.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting with validation checks of advertisers
- Investigate suppliers and bookings using the information provided by the customer
- Analyse information and make conclusions in an efficient manner about the legitimacy of the supplier/booking
- Provide customer support
- Make and respond to telephone calls and emails to assist customers with any additional checks
- Resolve issues that arise from validation checks and provide clear and concise feedback to the customer
- Handle any issues associated with the misuse of a customer’s account
- Investigate existing suppliers for suspicious or fraudulent behaviour
- Evaluate the risk that an existing customer would pose to the company
This role is for 6 months and you must be able to get to the Oxford Science Park as this is a hybrid role.
