This mid-level role at the Senior Manager level expects 4-6 years of experience and reports to the Head of Supply Chain.

What you will do

  • Proactively manage inventory and production cycles to enable rapid commercial expansion.
  • Design and execute supply strategies that allow the business to enter new global territories and launch new product categories with minimal lead times.
  • Actively drive business profitability through cost-saving initiatives and optimised planning flows without compromising quality or speed.
  • Lead the end-to-end supply planning process, converting high-level demand plans into actionable, high-efficiency production schedules.
  • Own senior relationships with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure production capacity meets our trajectory.
  • Oversee the replenishment strategy for all product lines to minimise out-of-stocks while strictly optimising working capital.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure supply readiness for major retail launches, promotions, and seasonal peaks.
  • Leverage AI-driven tools to enhance the accuracy of supply requirements, moving beyond traditional spreadsheets to automated replenishment models.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities within the supply chain tech stack to eliminate manual data entry and human error.
  • Harness predictive modelling to ensure always-on availability, turning a high-performing supply chain into a competitive advantage.
  • Build and scale a resilient, high-impact team by fostering a tech-forward culture where data-driven decision-making is the standard.
  • Develop internal talent, providing coaching to nurture operational leaders.
  • Act as the final escalation point to clear business blockers related to supply constraints, manufacturing bottlenecks, or component shortages.
  • Maintain optimal stock coverage across multiple global 3PL locations.
  • Lead the supply chain execution process for new product developments (NPD) or packaging refreshes.
  • Coordinate closely with inbound & logistics to ensure seamless transitions from the production line to the warehouse.

What we need from you

  • Experience implementing ERPs or integrating AI tools to replace legacy manual processes.
  • Highly effective operator comfortable under pressure, with resilience to unblock issues with a solution-oriented attitude.
