The Role:
As the Senior International Account Manager EU you will have full P&L ownership of your accounts and distributors, managing and growing our relationships with the retailers & improving in-store excellence. The main countries you will be looking after are the BeNeLux region, Scandinavia & Eastern Europe. It’s a mix of retailers and distributors at different levels of maturity.
You will drive fast-paced growth, expanding our sales fundamentals in deo, stepping forward on display & expanding the portfolio across the bathroom. Your job is to ensure our brand is represented in the Wildest way possible while maximising sales opportunities and reducing single-use plastic. You will work closely with internal teams, including marketing, supply, fulfilment, and product development, to deliver sustainable growth.
You will report in the Head of EU Retail.
Some of your responsibilities:
- Business ownership: Full P&L ownership, making investment decisions, proactively chasing down opportunities to hit ambitious growth targets.
- Setting the strategic direction: Work with the Head of EU retail to shape our growth in your regions. Build out our long-term goals & tools you need to win – feeding into all teams within the business, aligned with business goals.
- Relationship management: Management of key relationships, creating cross-functional contacts to ensure we are set up for success. Build these out as we expand across the bathroom and wider.
- Data analytics: Analyse market trends, EPOS, and competitor data & guest data to identify opportunities and optimise performance. Oversee promotional and pricing plans, ensuring these are aligned internally. Review return on investment, tweaking the plans where relevant.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, logistics, and product teams to execute successful campaigns, ensure product availability, and support new product development. Foresee potential roadblocks and risks through cross-functional teamwork, finding solutions to mitigate before they arise.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Manage sales forecasts, prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews, and track KPIs for performance analysis.
- In-store excellence. Track OSA & other key metrics to maximise sell-out.
What we need from you:

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management.
- European retail experience (Netherlands preferred)
- Proven track record of leading and growing major retailer accounts
- Strong commercial acumen with extensive experience running a full retail P&L.
- Extensive experience in negotiation and managing complex customer relationships.
- Frequent use of data, forecasting systems, working with EPOS.
- Proven track record of leading and growing distributors
- Bilingual preferred (Dutch, other EU languages considered)

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, fast-paced team.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and sales forecasting tools.

- Leadership, fully autonomous to run an account inclusive of full P&L ownership.
