Hi there We’re Wild. We’re on a mission to remove single-use plastic from the bathroom, armed with our refillable, natural and scent-sational deodorants, body wash, haircare and lip balm – and we’ve only just started. The Role:

We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and people-focused People & Talent Executive to join our team. This is an entry-level role, perfect for someone early in their People & HR career with a strong interest in talent acquisition and supporting hiring processes from start to finish. You’ll be at the heart of ensuring candidates have a great experience, while helping us find and hire amazing people.

This role reports into our People & Talent Manager and is a junior/entry-level role.

Some of your responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (75%)

  • Post job ads across job boards, LinkedIn, and our careers page
  • Screen CVs and shortlist candidates for hiring managers
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
  • Support hiring managers with interview preparation and feedback collection
  • Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Help design and improve candidate experience touchpoints
  • Support with sourcing potential candidates via LinkedIn and other channels

People Operations (25%)

  • Support onboarding for new starters (contracts, welcome packs, IT setup)
  • Keep employee records accurate and up-to-date
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events
  • Provide administrative support across the People & Talent function
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and basic health & safety compliance
  • Contribute to initiatives supporting the company’s commitment to sustainability

  • Recruitment & People Focus: You have a strong interest in recruitment and people operations, and are excited to help build high-performing teams.
  • Communication: You’re an excellent communicator with a friendly, professional manner, and you make a great first impression on candidates and colleagues alike.
  • Organisation: You’re highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring processes run smoothly from posting roles to onboarding.
  • Multitasking: You’re comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment without dropping the ball.
  • Tech-Savvy: You’re confident using tools like Google Workspace, and ideally an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Mindset: You’re proactive, curious, eager to learn,and always looking for ways to improve processes and your own skills.
  • Inclusivity: You’re committed to fair and inclusive hiring practices, ensuring every candidate feels valued and respected.
