We launched in 2020 and as a high‑growth company, we’re already one of Europe’s fastest‑growing start‑ups.
The Role
We’re looking for a strategic thinker and fire fighter who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty to be our Head of Supply Chain to own, develop, and execute our end‑to‑end supply chain. You will be responsible for running our entire Supply Chain function: from forecasting and procurement to logistics and distribution. Supply chain is the engine that fuels our ambitious growth trajectory; it’s crucial that the person in this role is a laser focused, limit pushing and an efficiency driving team player!
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the entire supply chain – overseeing forecasting, planning, and procurement to support rapid business growth.
- Strong management acumen and leadership presence, guiding teams through growth, change, and execution – manage and mentor our Supply Chain Leads, building a high‑performing, data‑driven operation.
- Drive best‑in‑class forecasting and stock management – ensure consistent product availability while optimising inventory levels and cash flow.
- Build and manage supplier partnerships – maintain strong relationships with external manufacturers and suppliers to deliver cost efficiencies, reliability, and quality.
- Ensure regulatory compliance – collaborate with our in‑house Quality team to uphold all relevant standards and certifications.
- Skilled at anticipating challenges and disruptions, and deploying solutions to safeguard operations across raw materials, packaging, and logistics to guarantee continuous supply.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally – partner with teams across product, finance, and operations to support launches, market expansions, and continuous improvement projects.
- Champion data and analytics – lead projects to enhance forecast accuracy, optimise inventory, and reduce costs through advanced modelling and insights.
- Own systems and reporting – maintain and improve supply chain tools, dashboards, and processes to drive performance visibility and accountability.
- Manage budgets and KPIs – oversee cost performance, supplier spend, and operational metrics to balance efficiency and quality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience building and leading supply chain operations in a fast‑paced, high‑growth FMCG, D2C, or start‑up environment.
- Deep expertise across end‑to‑end supply chain disciplines — forecasting, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and systems.
- Advanced analytical and Excel modelling skills, with experience in planning systems, demand forecasting, and inventory optimisation. (SQL skills or a strong desire to self‑serve data are a plus.)
- 4+ years of leadership experience, with a track record of developing and scaling high‑performing teams.
- Management experience as you will play a pivotal leadership role in supporting our ever‑growing Supply Chain Team.
- Strong commercial acumen – you understand cost drivers, cash flow, P&L understanding and operational metrics.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills, working independently and managing cross‑functionally with senior external partners.
- Experienced in supporting NPD and product launches, ensuring supply readiness and operational scalability.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change, proactive in turning complex challenges into clear, actionable solutions.
- Experience working in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, or food is highly beneficial.
