We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong understanding of kitchen operations within a restaurant environment. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in accordance with our menu standards while ensuring food safety and hygiene practices are strictly followed., * Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality.

Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, marinating, and cooking.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.

Follow food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all guests.

Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Supervise junior kitchen staff as needed, providing guidance and support in food production techniques.

Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.

Participate in menu development by suggesting new dishes or improvements to existing ones.

Previous experience in a similar role within a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred.
