The Role
We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented French Influencer Marketing Manager with a strong background in sales and performance influencer marketing. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of influencer campaigns designed to maximise ROI, accelerate conversions, and deliver measurable business growth. Please note: this is a mid-weight role.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a results-driven influencer marketing strategy focused on increasing sales and measurable outcomes.
- Identify and onboard influencers with a proven track record of driving sales across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Set clear KPIs for influencer campaigns, focusing on sales conversion rates, CAC, and ROI.
- Own budgets and ambitious revenue targets; ensure quality content from talent partners is delivered on time.
Partnership Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers who align with the brand and sales goals.
- Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and commission structures tied to influencer sales performance.
- Conduct regular reviews of influencer performance and adjust strategies to optimise outcomes.
Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics such as conversion rates, revenue, and ROI.
- Leverage data-driven insights to refine influencer strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging influencer marketing trends, tools, and best practices to enhance performance.
What we need from you
- Fluent in French – written and spoken; ability to manage communication and negotiations professionally.
- Knowledge of Spanish/Italian/Portuguese is a bonus.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage influencer contracts tied to sales outcomes.
- Resilient, results-focused, data-driven; comfortable expressing opinions.
- Effective time management; able to work in an entrepreneurial environment with diverse tasks.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with energy and enthusiasm.
- Target-driven with motivation to exceed sales targets.
- Independently capable in performance marketing metrics (CPA, CAC, CTR, AOV, ROAS).
- Genuine interest in influencer/creator space; stays up to date with trends and platform dynamics.
- People management experience; track record of managing high-performing campaigns that drove revenue growth.
- An underlying passion for sustainability and the planet.
