About Us: Hi there! We’re Wild. We’re on a mission to remove single‑use plastic from the bathroom, armed with our refillable, natural and scent‑sational deodorants, body wash, haircare and lip balm – and we’ve only just started. We launched in 2020 and as a high‑growth company, we’re already one of Europe’s fastest‑growing start‑ups.

The Role: We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive to join our Performance Influencer Team with a focus on the North American Market (US + Canada). You’ll help shape our influencer sales strategy in the US and play a key role in scaling our partnerships with creators, agencies, and celebrities to drive traffic, awareness, and sales. This is a commercial role where you’ll be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets. You’ll manage all aspects of discovering and building relationships with talent of all sizes across multiple platforms to deliver impactful campaign activations. It is an entry‑junior level role and is based in our London HQ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver against clear revenue and performance targets through influencer partnerships
  • Identify, pitch, and close partnerships with creators, agencies, and celebrity talent
  • Build and manage a high‑performing portfolio of revenue‑generating partnerships
  • Negotiate commercial agreements with a strong focus on ROI and scalability
  • Analyze campaign performance (conversion, CAC, ROAS) and continuously optimise for revenue impact
  • Drive new business opportunities, testing emerging platforms and creator models
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and growth teams to align campaigns with commercial objectives

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Deep understanding of the North American (US + Canada) market and influencer landscape. Bonus if experience in influencer marketing or sales, ideally in a performance‑driven environment!
  • Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills
  • Results‑focused and data‑driven – you use insights to guide decisions and optimise performance
  • Resilient with a positive mindset; you thrive under pressure
  • Excellent time management and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Confident communicator who brings energy and motivation to the team
  • Target‑driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Passion for sustainability and the planet

What you’ll get from us:

  • 25 days holidays + bank holidays + 9 extra remote working days
  • Hybrid working, 3 days a week in our shiny new London office
  • 4% Company Pension
  • Mental well‑being support through Spill
  • Private healthcare through Vitality
  • Weekly early finishes and social events
  • Annual L&D budget
  • Free breakfast
  • Free & discounted Wild products
  • 2 x team volunteering days and 2 x personal volunteering days
