We’re looking for a superbly Wild Influencer Marketing Executive (DE) to join our German Influencer Team. Please note this is a junior/entry-level role and is based in our London HQ.
About the role: The Influencer Marketing team is the growth engine of Wild, working at the intersection of sales, influencer marketing, and growth. The team is responsible for discovering and managing talent of all sizes and across all platforms to drive traffic, awareness, and sales through campaign activations.
We are looking for a results-driven and business development-focused Influencer Marketing Executive (Performance). This role is predominantly a sales role, where your primary task will be to drive business growth by sourcing and delivering campaigns with influencers, creators, and celebrities across different social platforms. This is a great opportunity to take responsibility and push your own initiatives in a high-growth environment. We are looking for a self-starter who is highly organized and motivated to deliver exceptional sales results and help take Wild to the next stage of growth in the DACH market.
Some of your responsibilities:
- New business development: Discover and establish relationships with influencers, negotiate campaigns, and drive website sales.
- Market knowledge: Build influencer pipelines in the DACH market, establish new marketing channels, and ensure quality content delivery from talent partners.
- Channel Management: Drive our creator marketing strategy across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Podcasts.
- Target driven: Own budgets and work towards ambitious revenue targets, ensuring timely delivery of quality content.
- Cross team collaboration: Support other growth initiatives as needed.
- Data: Track progress and results, using data to optimize strategies.

- Market knowledge: Strong knowledge of the social media landscape in the German market; fluency in German (written and spoken) is mandatory.

- Communication skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, bringing energy to any environment.
