The Role
We’re looking for a superbly Wild German‑speaking Influencer Sales Executive to join our Performance Influencer Team. The Influencer Performance Marketing team is the growth engine of Wild, working across influencer sales, marketing and growth. In this commercial role you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets, discovering and managing talent of all sizes across multiple platforms to drive traffic, awareness and sales through campaign activations. Your primary task will be to source and deliver influencer campaigns across different social platforms, driving business growth in a high‑growth environment.
What we need from you
- Fluent in German (essential)
- Resilient – able to handle setbacks and pressure with a positive mindset, staying motivated in challenging situations
- Results‑focused & data‑driven – motivated by measurable outcomes, using data to guide decisions and improve performance
- Sales or influencer marketing background – experienced in sales or working with creators
- Negotiation skills – strong understanding of outreach, negotiation and relationship‑building
- Effective time management – thrives in a fast‑paced, start‑up environment
- Strong communication skills – confident and clear communicator who brings energy to interactions and the team
- Target driven – highly motivated to exceed goals, proactive and self‑motivated with a strong sense of ownership
