Our team of specialists has extensive experience in video editing, optimization, and monetization, driving record-high revenues and views for our creators across various platforms. With operations in the UK, USA, UAE, and Serbia, Wild Vision is committed to elevating creators to the next level.
We’re hiring a Creator Partnerships Executive to join our Bournemouth team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. You’ll be building relationships with creators, spotting opportunities, and bringing deals into our syndication program. There’s a strong chance this could lead to a permanent role, as the business continues to expand rapidly.
This role is ideal for those with sales, recruitment, hospitality, or other high-energy client-facing experience who want to step into the creator economy.
What You’ll Do
- Research and reach out to YouTubers and creators, introducing our syndication model and opportunities via video call/email
- Build relationships, follow up, and manage conversations to close deals
- Represent Wild Vision at events (London, LA, Cannes, Dubai, NYC, Miami and more)
- Maintain CRM records, work with other teams within the company, provide pipeline updates
- Consistently meet or exceed set sales targets for onboarding creators and driving revenue
- Strong people skills with a bubbly, confident personality
- Background ideally in the creator/influencer economy, sales, recruitment, bartending, hospitality, or other client-facing roles
- Commercial instinct; maybe you’ve run a side hustle or have previous business exposure
- Passion for YouTube, creators, and social media
- Bournemouth-based (office role, Monday–Friday)
