About the Role
Are you confident leading from the front, keeping people motivated day to day, and still enjoying being hands-on in sales? At Wild Vision, we've partnered with some of the world's most influential YouTubers, helping them turn existing content into 5–6 figure monthly passive income across platforms such as Facebook, Snapchat, MSN, Spotify, and more. We're looking for a Sales Team Leader / Trainee Team Leader (DOE) to join our Bournemouth office. This role is ideal for someone with sales experience who has supported, coached, or led others and is ready to step into a player-manager position.
What You'll Do
- Manage your own pipeline of creator partnerships, from outreach to signed deal
- Support the day-to-day running of the sales team, ensuring activity levels and focus stay high
- Run regular one-to-ones and informal check-ins to support performance and motivation
- Help onboard, support, and guide team members
- Take ownership of CRM hygiene, pipeline tracking, and short-term performance reporting
- Support the Head of Sales and Director of Sales with weekly priorities, targets, and follow-ups
- Attend creator and industry events (London, LA, Cannes, Dubai, NYC, Miami and more)
This is a hands-on role where leadership comes from action, consistency, and setting the standard.
We're Looking For
- Experience in sales.
- Someone who has supported, managed or guided others in a team setting.
- Highly organised, comfortable managing day-to-day tasks and priorities
- Motivational, driven, and confident supporting others to perform at their best
- Commercially minded with a proactive, solutions-focused attitude
- Genuine interest in YouTube, social media, and the creator economy

What's on Offer
- Competitive base salary depending on experience, from £27,000.
- Commission paid for 6 months per deal (for example, sign a creator in January and earn commission monthly until June/July)
- Typical sales earnings £45k+ per year including commission
