We are working with a growing and well-established business in Hedge End, who are looking for an Executive Assistant to support their senior leadership team. This is a key role within the business, providing high level support to Directors and helping ensure the smooth day to day running of leadership activity. The position sits at the centre of the organisation, requiring someone who is organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

The role

  • Managing multiple Director inboxes, ensuring communication is prioritised and handled efficiently
  • Coordinating complex diaries, meetings and site visits
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Supporting board and leadership meetings, including preparation of agendas, packs and minutes
  • Tracking actions and ensuring follow ups are completed on time
  • Preparing reports, presentations and business correspondence
  • Coordinating travel, accommodation and logistics for Directors
  • Supporting company events, leadership sessions and internal communications
  • Maintaining organised and secure filing systems

About you

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who is confident supporting senior stakeholders and comfortable working in a fast moving environment. You will bring:

  • Previous experience supporting Directors or senior leadership
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional approach
  • High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Confidence building relationships across all levels of a business
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience within construction, utilities or a similar sector would be an advantage, but is not essential.
