We’re recruiting for a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead a busy distribution hub based in Milton Keynes, combining team leadership with specialist responsibility for global logistics and systems.
The Role
- Manage end-to-end international shipping, including complex exports
- Oversee warehouse operations, stock control, and high-value inventory
- Lead and develop a small warehouse team
- Take ownership of SAP/WMS systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and documentation
Essential Experience
