We're looking for an experienced Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to join our client’s team on a fixed-term basis.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll lead purchasing, supplier management, stock control, and transport operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage purchasing and procurement activities from sourcing through to supplier performance management.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Monitor stock levels and support operational planning.
  • Oversee transport operations, vehicle scheduling, and route planning.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and transport regulations.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Purchasing & Transport Assistant.
  • Produce regular reports on purchasing, stock, and transport performance.

About You

  • At least one year experience in a purchasing role.
  • Strong supplier management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with ERP systems
