Seasonal (April to September)

Location: Lee-on-the-Solent Stokes Bay, Gosport

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Hourly Rate: £13.26

Wild Recruitment are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Splash Park Attendant to join our Client for the 2026 season. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation and upkeep of our two popular splash parks at Lee-on-the-Solent and Stokes Bay. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining safe and welcoming public spaces, and is confident working independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Opening and closing the splash parks each day
  • Carrying out daily cleaning to ensure the parks remain clean, safe, and inviting
  • Completing daily inspections to maintain health safety compliance
  • Performing routine pump-room maintenance
  • Monitoring water quality throughout the day
  • Ensuring all water features are functioning correctly
  • General grounds maintenance, including weeding, pruning, planting, and grass cutting
Requirements
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Access to a vehicle with business insurance (travel between sites is required)
  • A valid DBS check
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
