Are you a Transport Planner who thrives on solving problems, thinking ahead and keeping operations running smoothly? We're recruiting for an experienced Transport Planner to join a busy logistics operation in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key part of a fast-moving transport team where no two days are the same.

You'll be the link between customers, drivers and operations, making sure schedules stay on track, challenges are overcome quickly and service levels remain exceptional.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Producing effective daily transport plans
  • Coordinating vehicle and driver schedules
  • Monitoring operational performance and responding to changes throughout the day
  • Building strong relationships with customers and drivers
  • Maximising efficiency while maintaining excellent service standards
  • Ensuring transport activities remain compliant with relevant legislation
  • Working closely with colleagues to deliver smooth day-to-day operations
