Shipping Coordinator

Monday – Friday. \\n Permanent position. \\n\\nAbout the Role:\\n We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to support our client's local office and ensure commercial, and trade enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.

You will be instrumental in supporting strategic objectives, providing freight rates, managing tender documents, and contributing to the overall performance of assigned geographical areas.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nRespond promptly to freight rate and trade enquiries via multiple platforms.\\nSupport commercial activities across local offices.\\nMonitor performance against KPIs\\nComplete tenders and commercial reports.\\nUse in-house systems and Excel to support pricing decisions.\\nEducate and guide local offices on commercial procedures and best practices.What We're Looking For:\\n\\nIdeally 1 years' experience in shipping.\\nStrong commercial understanding, ideally with pricing experience.\\nIntermediate Excel and solid Microsoft Office skills.\\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\\nStrong organisational and analytical abilities.\\nConfident managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Wild Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
