Are you an organised scheduler, coordinator or service administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Service Controller to become the hub of a busy service operation, coordinating engineers, managing customer enquiries and keeping everything running efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Planning and scheduling engineers daily workloads
- Responding to customer breakdowns and service requests
- Coordinating urgent call-outs and maintenance visits
- Updating job records and service information
- Working with multiple departments to deliver excellent customer service
- Producing reports and supporting operational performance
What We’re Looking For:
- Service Coordinator, Scheduler, Planner or Dispatch experience
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage changing priorities
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach
