We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a busy and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual with strong administrative skills to support the Sales Team and Office Manager in a varied and fast-paced role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing sales orders and scheduling deliveries
- Advising customers and account managers of delivery dates
- Quoting for spare parts and processing parts orders
- Handling incoming telephone calls and customer enquiries
- Raising purchase orders with suppliers and the factory
- Providing cover for colleagues within the sales administration team during periods of leave
- Liaising with warehouses and hauliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintaining and updating customer spreadsheets and records
- Assisting the Office Manager with administrative tasks
- Supporting the wider team with adhoc duties as required
SAP knowledge is essential.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous administration experience, ideally within a sales or customer service environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work accurately under pressure
