Job Title: Resource Administrator\\n\\nWe are looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our team as a Resource Administrator.\\n\\nThis role is perfect for someone with strong organisational skills and a good understanding of data management, looking to develop their experience in resource planning and administration.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nAssist in updating and maintaining resource plans based on input from different teams.\\nInput and track resource demand in the PSA (Changepoint) and CRM (Salesforce) systems.\\nHelp generate regular reports on resource utilisation for internal teams.\\nMaintain accurate employee profiles and skills in the PSA system.\\nSupport the resourcing team in managing the availability and allocation of resources.\\nAssist with any ad-hoc administrative tasks related to resource planning and reporting.Skills & Experience:\\n\\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.\\nProficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (intermediate to advanced level).\\nBasic understanding of resource planning processes.\\nExperience with PSA systems (Changepoint) or CRM (Salesforce) is a plus but not essential.\\nGood communication skills and ability to work well with a team.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in resource administration and planning.
