Wild Recruitment are looking to recruit Refuse Loaders in the Southampton area to work for a busy waste collection company. This Refuse Loader role is temporary but ongoing at £12.26ph PAYE. Shifts are Monday – Friday, 6.30am to 3.30pm.

What you will be doing as a Refuse Loader:

  • Working with a Class 2 Refuse driver helping to collect waste from residential and commercial properties.
  • Working as part of a 3 man crew.
  • Operating the bin lift.
  • You must comply with health and safety procedures and policies at all times.

What we need from you for this Refuse Loader role:

  • The ability to undertake heavy lifting.
  • The ability to walk over long distances.
  • Ready to take the initiative and work as part of a team.
  • You will need to attend and pass an induction before starting the role.
  • You will need to be happy to work in all weather conditions.
  • No Refuse experience needed - full induction and training given.
