Wild Recruitment is recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of a leading manufacturer in the rubber industry. Join a well-established and successful company that takes pride in producing high-quality products. Working alongside a friendly and experienced team of 5-6 colleagues, you will play an important role in keeping production running smoothly and efficiently.
This is a hands-on role involving machine operation, quality checks, and the safe movement of materials, including manual handling of items up to 25kg. No previous manufacturing experience? No problem - full training can be provided for the right candidate.
