Are you highly organised, resilient and able to keep pace in a busy environment where priorities can change at a moment's notice?
We're looking for an Operations Administrator to support the day-to-day running of our operations, ensuring customer requests, audits, fleet administration and reporting activities are delivered accurately and on time.
This is a varied role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisation and the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer requests from quotation through to order processing and fulfilment.
- Coordinate collections, audits, certificates and reports within agreed deadlines.
- Manage multiple inboxes and maintain effective communication with customers and internal teams.
- Produce operational, customer and KPI reports.
- Process invoices and maintain accurate records across internal systems.
- Coordinate servicing, repairs, MOTs and defect management for a fleet of 12-15 vehicles.
- Track actions, update shared task lists and ensure deadlines are met.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an administration, coordination or operations role.
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of data accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confident using Excel, Outlook and business systems.
- A proactive, positive and resilient approach.
- Someone who takes ownership, adapts quickly and follows tasks through to completion.
