We’re looking for a proactive and personable Key Account Manager to join our Account Management team. If you enjoy building strong client relationships, solving problems, and driving account growth, this role is a great match.
- Act as the main point of contact for key and strategic clients
- Build long‑term relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution
- Manage client accounts to maximise satisfaction, retention and renewal rates
- Identify opportunities to expand packages and increase revenue within existing accounts
