We're looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to support the day-to-day running of our clients HR function. This role is key in keeping processes moving smoothly and ensuring new starters, candidates and colleagues receive a great experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out DBS checks and other pre-employment compliance for new starters.
  • Review incoming candidates on the recruitment platform and flag suitable applicants to the team.
  • Monitor the HR inbox, responding to simple queries and forwarding messages to the appropriate person.
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal HR systems as required.
  • Support general administrative tasks within the HR office, such as filing, scheduling meetings, preparing documentation and keeping trackers up to date.
  • Assist the wider HR team with any ad-hoc admin and coordination tasks.

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Confident communicator with a helpful, professional manner.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Comfortable working with systems, databases and MS Office.
