Our client who we have supported for over a decade are looking for an administrator to step into their busy, energetic office environment. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a real impact. As an Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of operations—supporting the team, managing information, and keeping everything running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone to make a difference, grow, learn and be an expert in their field whilst being the backbone of a busy office.
A typical day will be:
- Ensuring data accuracy across internal platforms and systems
- Drafting and sending communications to colleagues and external partners
- Collecting and validating documentation for key processes
- Organising schedules, meetings, and activities to maintain efficiency
- Using office tools to process tasks and keep records up to date
- Monitoring and resolving any data inconsistencies quickly
