Hours: 20-25 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 9:00am-1:00pm) flexibility required during school holidays, as some days our client will be closed.

Pay Rate: £13.76 per hour

About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator/ Personal Assistant to join a busy and supportive school environment on a long-term temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a varied, people-focused role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support including photocopying, filing, emailing, reprographics, and word processing
  • Personal Assistant support, including diary management, for some senior team members.
  • Complete standard forms and respond to routine correspondence
  • Undertake typing and IT-based tasks using systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases
  • Support basic financial administration, including processing orders, handling petty cash, and collecting monies
  • Maintain accurate manual and computerised records and management information systems
  • Produce data and reports as required by senior staff or external agencies
  • Provide administrative support for meetings, including note-taking
  • Carry out reception duties, including answering telephone calls, responding to face-to-face enquiries
