We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join a dynamic team supporting advanced robotics and automation solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about technology and problem-solving in the injection moulding industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and commission robots and automation cells.
  • Perform service work and preventative maintenance.
  • Provide breakdown assistance onsite and via telephone.
  • Program and test new installations; modify existing systems.
  • Deliver onsite and remote customer training.
  • Maintain accurate communication records and adhere to Health & Safety standards.
  • Support additional tasks as required to ensure smooth operations.

About You:

  • Strong knowledge of the injection moulding industry and automation systems.
  • Experience with robotics (electrical engineering bias preferred).
  • PLC programming experience is an advantage.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify automation and robot issues.
  • Flexible, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the UK, Ireland, and to France for training.
