As a Training Partner, you'll sit at the heart of our manufacturing operations, supporting teams across Sheet Metal, Fibreglass, Pipes, Pressure Test, Sub-Assembly, and Inspection. You'll design and deliver impactful training programmes that empower our people, build capability, and drive operational excellence.
This is an onsite role based in Denham, Uxbridge.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement training programmes aligned to technical skill requirements
- Create development pathways and identify appropriate training solutions for individuals and teams
- Deliver engaging training sessions supported by materials, exercises, and assessments
- Develop tools and methods to assess competence and certify skills
- Maintain accurate training records within the learning management system
- Monitor training KPIs and ensure quality assurance through peer reviews
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify and address critical training needs
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in training and development within a technical or engineering environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to build effective relationships across teams and departments
- Experience within Aerospace, Defence, or Automotive manufacturing environments
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
- Knowledge of relevant products or systems would be advantageous
Qualifications
- Level 4 (HNC) or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification
