We're looking for an experienced Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to join our client's team on a fixed-term basis.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll lead purchasing, supplier management, stock control, and transport operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage purchasing and procurement activities from sourcing through to supplier performance management.
Negotiate with suppliers and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Monitor stock levels and support operational planning.
Oversee transport operations, vehicle scheduling, and route planning.
Ensure compliance with company policies and transport regulations.
Lead, coach, and develop the Purchasing & Transport Assistant.
Produce regular reports on purchasing, stock, and transport performance.
About You
At least one year experience in a purchasing role.
Strong supplier management and negotiation skills.
Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
Experience with ERP systems
