£13.71 - £14.00 per hour
Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm
We are currently recruiting for a senior Administrator to join a busy and supportive team on an immediate start basis. This role is initially offered on a 1-month temporary contract, with the possibility of being extended depending on business needs.
Working within a team responsible for processing business applications, you will play a key role in helping organisations become approved suppliers, enabling them to provide their employees with access to recognised training and qualification programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing and reviewing business applications accurately and efficiently
- Verifying documentation and ensuring information provided meets required standards
- Supporting organisations throughout the supplier approval process
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with application tracking and progress updates
- Conducting administrative compliance checks and validating supporting documentation
- Supporting the wider team with general administration duties and ad-hoc tasks
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately
