Contact Centre Customer Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Contact Centre Customer Advisor to join our highly respected and desirable client based in Milton Keynes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual looking for a long-term career opportunity with potential for a permanent position.

The Role

You will be the first point of contact for customers, managing enquiries via phone, email, live chat and social media.

Working as part of a busy customer service team, you'll provide accurate information, resolve queries efficiently and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multi-channel customer enquiries.

Resolve queries or escalate where required.

Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Dynamics.

Support customers with enquiries relating to their current account.

Meet service level agreements and quality standards.

Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver excellent service.

Working Hours

Week 1: 8:30am - 4:30pm Week 2: 9:30am - 5:30pm Flexibility required to work occasional shifts between 6:00am and 6:00pm during busy periods.

Overtime available.

Hybrid - 3 days in the office and 2 days work from home About You

Previous contact centre or customer service experience.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Experience handling phone, email, live chat and social media enquiries.

Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.

Team player with a proactive approach.
