A field-based role for a Sales Engineer to cover key industrial and manufacturing regions across the North of England and Scotland. This is an established manufacturer in the technical products sector focused on developing new business and supporting existing customers with technical product solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow accounts across the North West of England and Scotland.
  • Support customers and distributors with technical advice and application guidance.
  • Respond to product enquiries and provide hands-on support where needed.
  • Conduct customer visits and deliver product demonstrations and training.
  • Handle complaint investigations and provide follow-up support.
  • Track sales leads and opportunities through to conversion.
  • Support exhibitions and product promotions when required.
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.

Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally with a technical or engineered product.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and recommend practical solutions.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing a field-based territory.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
