Key Account Manager – Portsmouth · Full‑time · Office‑based

Hours: Monday‑Friday, 09:00‑17:30

Salary: ÂŁ28,000 - ÂŁ35,000 basic, plus ÂŁ5,000 OTE in year 1 and ÂŁ10,000 in year 2.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for key and strategic clients
  • Build long‑term relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Manage client accounts to maximise satisfaction, retention and renewal rates
  • Identify opportunities to expand packages and increase revenue within existing accounts
  • Re‑introduce services to lapsed clients and win back former accounts
  • Handle service enquiries and complaints with creative, solution‑focused thinking
  • Analyse client feedback and negotiate to support retention
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and complete general account admin
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements and support onboarding for high‑value clients
