We're looking for a driven and customer-focused Internal Sales Executive to join a growing team within the industrial automation and electrical solutions sector. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing customer accounts and identifying sales opportunities.
Office based - Bristol
Key Responsibilities
- Managing customer enquiries and providing excellent service.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Producing and following up quotations.
- Identifying opportunities to grow sales and maximise profitability.
- Working closely with external sales teams to support customer projects.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in Internal Sales, Account Management or Customer Service.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to sales.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Experience within electrical wholesale, automation, controls or engineering would be highly advantageous.
