We're looking for a proactive Internal Sales Executive to support revenue growth and deliver excellent customer service. You'll manage enquiries, prepare quotes, maintain CRM records, and support both new and existing customers. This is an office based role near Buckingham.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound enquiries and produce quotations
- Follow up quotes to maximise conversions
- Maintain CRM data and track opportunities
- Support and manage smaller customer accounts
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Assist with outbound campaigns and re-engage lapsed clients
- Work closely with the wider sales team
About You
- Experience in sales support, internal sales or customer service
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially aware
- CRM experience preferred
