HGV Road Sweeper

We are on the look out for a Class 2 Road Sweeper to work for our client in the Hedge End area.

This position is an ongoing position with the opportunity to go permanent.

We are looking for a driver who can start as soon as possible.

Shifts:

Monday to Thursday: 7am till 3pm

Friday: 7am till 2:30pm

Pay: £16ph

Your Responsibilities:

1. Carry out scheduled mechanical sweeping to all roads and accessible footways within the Hedge End borough area.
2. Ensure you are keeping to the maintenance schedules.
3. Ensure all areas are swept thoroughly and to high standards.
4. Ensure that standards of service are achieved and maintained in accordance with the environmental protection act.
5. Responsible for all plant and equipment being serviced and maintained in accordance with manufacturers recommendations as well as policies and procedures.

What We Need From You:

1. Clean full UK drivers’ licence, no points.
2. In date HGV Class 2 licence.
3. In date CPC and Digi Tacho.
4. Experience driving road sweeping vehicles or similar.
5. Minimum 1 year experience with Class 2 work.
