Head of Facilities\\n\\nPortsmouth\\n\\n£50,000 – £55,000\\n\\nGenerous annual leave package\\nTraining and development\\nFunded qualifications\\nPension\\nParkingWild Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a long standing client in their search for a Head Of Facilities\\n\\nThey are looking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Head of Facilities to oversee the strategic and day-to-day management of all their sites across the South Coast, services, and infrastructure.\\n\\nWhat You'll Be Responsible For:\\n\\nLeading all aspects of facilities management across multiple sites (hard & soft services)\\nLead and develop the environmental and sustainability strategy\\nLead Health and Safety Practices\\nManage resource planning, premises maintenance, security, outsourced contracts, suppliers and commercial lettings\\nManaging maintenance schedules, building compliance, and statutory obligations\\nOverseeing cleaning, security, waste, and contractor performance\\nDeveloping and delivering facilities strategy aligned with business goals\\nManaging budgets, procurement, and supplier relationships\\nLeading a team of facilities professionals and external service providers\\nEnsuring health & safety standards are met and continuously improved\\nSupporting space planning, refurbishments, and capital projectsIdeally you will have:\\n\\nProven experience in facilities management at a senior level\\nStrong knowledge of building systems, compliance, and H&S regulations\\nExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills\\nExperience managing budgets, contracts, and multi-site operations\\nStrategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving ability\\nRelevant qualifications – CIWFM, NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent \\n\\nIf you would like to know more about this role, please get in touch with us today, or APPLY now!!\\n\\nPlease note that no terminology in this advert is intended to discriminate on the grounds of a person's gender, marital status, race, religion, colour, age, disability or sexual orientation.
