Supply Planner in Havant

Supply Planner Havant | Full Time, Permanent | 37.5 hours per week We are seeking an experienced Supply Planner to join a busy manufacturing and supply chain team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong planning, forecasting and inventory management experience who enjoys working cross functionally to ensure materials and products are available to meet business and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain supply and replenishment plans. • Monitor inventory levels and take action to manage shortages and excess stock. • Manage MRP parameters and place purchase orders through the ERP system. • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure material availability. • Track deliveries and resolve supply chain constraints. • Identify supply risks and implement mitigation plans. • Analyse KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Collaborate with procurement, production, sales and finance teams to support business objectives. About You • Experience in supply planning, supply chain or procurement. • Strong forecasting and inventory management skills. • Experience using MRP/ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365. • Advanced Excel skills and a data driven approach. • Proven ability to improve processes and drive efficiencies. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • CIPS qualification and engineering or manufacturing sector experience would be advantageous.
