About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Wet Painter to join our client’s busy team in Havant. This is a great opportunity for long-term work with consistent hours and excellent pay.
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.00am - 4.15pm, Friday 8.00am - 3.00pm
Role Overview
- Prepare Surfaces: Clean, sand, and mask areas; remove rust, grease, or old coatings.
- Wet Spray: Use spray guns, airless sprayers, or HVLP systems; apply primers, topcoats, and protective finishes; ensure even coverage and correct thickness.
- Use equipment safely: Set up spray booths or controlled areas; wear PPE and follow ventilation/safety rules.
- Finish and inspect: Check for defects (runs, sags, bubbles); perform touch-up and quality control; clean equipment after use.
