We’re working with a well-established organisation in Fareham who are looking for a confident Lead HR Advisor to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on with Employee Relations while also stepping into a leadership-facing role. You’ll be working closely with two HR Advisors and acting as a key point of contact for managers on all things ER.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading on a wide range of Employee Relations cases (disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance)
  • Providing clear, practical guidance to managers on UK employment law
  • Supporting and mentoring two HR Advisors, helping develop their capability
  • Partnering with stakeholders to improve people processes and consistency across both sites
  • Ensuring HR policies and procedures are applied fairly and effectively
