We are looking for a proactive Health, Safety, Environment Quality (HSEQ) Manager to take ownership of safety, health, environmental and quality systems across a busy engineering and manufacturing operation. This role will focus on improving compliance, strengthening operational standards and driving a positive safety culture across manufacturing sites.
The role:
- Develop and maintain integrated HSEQ systems
- Ensure compliance with ISO and 45001 standards
- Lead audits, inspections, investigations and risk assessments
- Drive continuous improvement and behavioural safety initiatives
- Work closely with production and engineering teams
- Improve quality and compliance processes across fabrication and assembly operations
- Support operational teams in maintaining best practice standards
What we are looking for:
- HSEQ experience within manufacturing or engineering environments
- Strong understanding of ISO standards and compliance processes
- NEBOSH qualification or equivalent
- Confident presence on the shop floor with a hands on approach
