We are looking for a proactive Health, Safety, Environment Quality (HSEQ) Manager to take ownership of safety, health, environmental and quality systems across a busy engineering and manufacturing operation. This role will focus on improving compliance, strengthening operational standards and driving a positive safety culture across manufacturing sites.

The role:

  • Develop and maintain integrated HSEQ systems
  • Ensure compliance with ISO and 45001 standards
  • Lead audits, inspections, investigations and risk assessments
  • Drive continuous improvement and behavioural safety initiatives
  • Work closely with production and engineering teams
  • Improve quality and compliance processes across fabrication and assembly operations
  • Support operational teams in maintaining best practice standards

What we are looking for:

  • HSEQ experience within manufacturing or engineering environments
  • Strong understanding of ISO standards and compliance processes
  • NEBOSH qualification or equivalent
  • Confident presence on the shop floor with a hands on approach
  • Ability to influence teams and drive positive cultural change
