Wild Recruitment is looking for experienced Class 2 HGV Drivers to join a leading waste management company. You must be able to travel to Portsmouth, Fareham and Southampton as required.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Collecting and delivering skips, containers, waste, aggregates and soils
- Driving to waste transfer stations, recycling centres or landfill sites
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks & keeping your vehicle clean
- Providing excellent customer service on every job
What We Need From You:
- Class 2 HGV (Category C) licence
- Experience with Tipper, Skip, Roll-on/Roll-off or Grab vehicles
- Valid CPC & Digi Tacho
- Able to use a PDA
- Strong attention to detail & safety awareness
- Good communication and time-management skills
Assessment: You must attend and pass a 2-day assessment before starting. Assessment days are paid after completing 2 full weeks (or 200 hours) with the client.
