About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an organised and detail-focused Accounts Administrator to join a busy finance team based in Dunstable. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term prospects for the right candidate. You will support the day-to-day running of the accounts function, ensuring accurate processing of financial transactions and providing essential administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing purchase and sales invoices accurately
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconciling bank statements and supplier accounts
  • Assisting with credit control and chasing outstanding payments
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and databases
  • Supporting month-end tasks and basic reporting
  • Handling queries from suppliers, customers, and internal teams

About You
