Location: Fareham, Hampshire (On-site) – Hybrid working offered after probation period.
Employment: Full-Time
An established product based company in Fareham is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead their marketing team and shape multi-channel campaigns. You’ll play a key role in growing the brand by managing a team of 8, driving strategic digital marketing initiatives, and overseeing product launches across multiple e-commerce platforms.
What you’ll do:
- Lead a team of marketing professionals
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across paid advertising, SEO, content, and social media
- Own the marketing budget, monitor spend, and analyse ROI to optimise campaigns
- Manage product launches on platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and Shopify, ensuring smooth execution and maximising sales potential
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align marketing plans with overall business objectives
- Track performance metrics and generate reports to inform future strategies
What you’ll need:
- Proven experience managing a digital marketing team
