As a Training Partner, you’ll sit at the heart of our manufacturing operations, supporting teams across Sheet Metal, Fibreglass, Pipes, Pressure Test, Sub‑Assembly, and Inspection. You’ll design and deliver impactful training programmes that empower our people, build capability, and drive operational excellence. This is an onsite role based in Denham, Uxbridge.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement training programmes aligned to technical skill requirements
- Create development pathways and identify appropriate training solutions for individuals and teams
- Deliver engaging training sessions supported by materials, exercises, and assessments
- Develop tools and methods to assess competence and certify skills
- Maintain accurate training records within the learning management system
- Monitor training KPIs and ensure quality assurance through peer reviews
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify and address critical training needs
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in training and development within a technical or engineering environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to build effective relationships across teams and departments
- Experience within Aerospace, Defence, or Automotive manufacturing environments
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
- Knowledge of relevant products or systems would be advantageous
Qualifications
- Level 4 (HNC) or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification
